Help Getting Your Tickets

Are you having problems getting your tickets for Stitch N’Pitch prepared for the game? Here are some things to that might help!

If you can’t find the email:
1. Use your email search function to search for the address the tickets were sent from: ordertracking@tickets.com
2. If your email has a Spam or Junk folder, check there.
3. Check your email’s Trash folder in case you accidentally deleted the email.

If you have the email and are not sure what to do next, follow these steps:

1. On your computer, open your email, find the email from ordertracking@tickets.com and open it.

2. Click the link that says My Tickets. (See the image below.)

Please note: if you are doing this process on a device like a phone or tablet, when you click My Tickets it might want you to download an app. We are providing directions for the computer. If you want to use your phone, once you have the app installed, the steps are similar but not exactly the same.

3. This link should take you to the website that is holding your digital tickets. If you have an MLB account already tied to your email address, enter that information and log in. Otherwise, enter the email address you used to book the tickets, enter a password, and click the button that says Sign Up.

4. In the next window, the website will ask you to add your first name, your last name, and to confirm your password. Click the little box to accept the terms and conditions and click the bottom button to Sign Up.

5. On the next page, the website will welcome you and remind you of your username. Click the button at the bottom that says Continue.

6. The next screen will be the home screen of your account. You will see a picture of the stadium with the Yard Goat logo. Below that there is a green button that says View Tickets. Click there.

7. On the next page, you will see a list of your tickets. Click anywhere on the white rectangle that holds the ticket information.

8. That will open the page for that ticket. On this page, you have options.
a) If you are accessing this on an Apple phone, you can click the little button that says Add to Apple Wallet. I would only suggest doing this if you are familiar with how Apple Wallets work.
b) You can align the information on your screen so you can see the bar code and the seat information and take a screen grab. Make sure that image is saved to your phone so you can show it at the gate. Again, I would only suggest doing this if you are familiar with how to do a screen grab.
c) Look at the very top left of your monitor’s window and click File. From there, choose Print, and print your ticket. It is ok if all the graphics do not show up. You just need the barcode and your seat information.

9. If you have more than one ticket, you can then click the blue Next Ticket button and repeat step 8 until you have all of your tickets in your wallet, screen shotted, or printed.

What if you have your email, and have tried the steps above, and still can’t get the tickets?

We know that digital ticketing is a new experience for people, but it is the only option available at this venue.

Please try your best to get your tickets downloaded, saved, or printed. If you still cannot access your tickets, please plan to arrive at the ballpark early with a device that will allow you to access your email and go to the box office or customer service for assistance.

Do not print your email! As you talk to someone at the box office, you will need to be able to go through the process from the link in your email, so a printed copy of the email is not helpful.

Thank you for your patience, and your willingness to try! We will be at the ballpark when the gates open and are willing to help if the people at the box office need our input for some reason. Please ask them to send someone to the Stitch N’Pitch booth to grab us, or send a DM to @ithoughtiknewhow on Instagram, or an email to annilita@gmail.com for help. (NOTE THAT THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ON THE TICKETING EMAIL.)

We will get you in the park. We do not mind helping you get in. This event is for you. Do not fear!

See you at the game!
